The Vision - How is this a Community Project?

Amara Chronicles is a storytelling initiative bringing Andhra’s undying extraordinary heritage into the futuristic interactive worlds, starting from Amaravati City. We invite every independent creator / organizations / writers to utilize AMARA platform to showcase and promote their creations on our local heritage. The core objective of the project is to enable creators community + set a Gamified-local role model for India.

Game Creator's Mission

Amaravati, "A City Before and After" - releasing soon as the first ever set of Educational games being developed on Amaravati Capital City as a Pilot project - using Unreal Editor for Fortnite. The project is geared to produce two games with lesson plans at Epic Games standards, to prove how heritage can be taught through gameplay in classrooms, with a future scope to extend at later stages for training and development.

Games on Amaravati turns Andhra’s heritage into multiverse with research-based games and episodic stories where people can play, watch and learn about the Capital History & AP's Vision 2050 journey.

Sustainable Development Goals are included in every virtual world, designed to build awareness of the UN goals alongside Andhra’s history. We are opening options soon for schools, developers, storytellers, researchers and communities to take part as stakeholders.

Amaravati is the beginning – not the destination. These experiences can then become more than games. They can become living classrooms and creative laboratories where young people learn history while developing the skills to shape tomorrow. Amara Chronicles aims to create living learning environments where the past can inspire contemporary thinking to build future storytellers of India.
